Limit on lights count in WR2/AFC11
As you probably know these games have a limit on maximum lights displayed. Some say it's 512, but it's not correct.
Actual light limit is 128 active lights in a frame. So for example you could make an add-on car model having 1000 light dummies, but you won't be able to see more than 128 lights at a time.
Say 6 cars on starting grid with approximately half of their lights active at any given time, plus scenery own lights, that makes reasonable lights count around 40 per add-on car.
For this reason there's a light limit set in MTKit2 - 128 light dummies per model.
